Commercial Water Damage Cleanup

A thunderstorm damaged the roof at an apartment complex in Huntsville and caused water damage to four apartments.  The ceiling fell through in two of the apartments leaving a mess of blown insulation, wet drywall and wet carpets.  The property manager called SERVPRO to help them with the cleanup.

Our crews cleaned up all of the fallen insulation and removed the damaged drywall in the ceiling.  The decision was made to also remove the damaged carpet and pad.  We also put up containment plastic across the ceiling.  

The apartments are now ready for reconstruction services to replace the insulation, drywall and flooring.
