Medical Office Water Damage

One toilet leak can cause extensive water damage.  This was the case recently with a water damage at a Huntsville medical office complex.  The damage was discovered on a Sunday afternoon.  Upon their arrival, our crews estimated that 60-65 rooms (including exam rooms, hallways, closets, waiting areas, and doctor offices) were damaged.  

This was a top down water loss; the toilet was on an upstairs level and the water traveled down to the bottom level.  This job involved removing a lot of wet insulation and ceiling tiles.  Drywall had to be removed to access the wet insulation.  

Our crews worked with the medical office so that the work could be completed and the practice could still keep scheduled patient appointments.
