Fast Response Even on Christmas Day

This homeowner had a septic backup on Christmas Day.  It started in the bathroom and spread to the hallway, living room, kitchen and a bedroom.  

Our crew arrived and extracted the water.  Laminate flooring was removed in the hallway, living room, kitchen and just inside the doorway of the bedroom.  All affected areas were treated with an antimicrobial to prevent mold growth and to sanitize the area after the septic backup.  

The homeowner was elderly and minimal drying equipment was carefully placed for safety purposes.  All areas were dry two days later.  

The homeowner said the team was excellent and she was very pleased with the service.
